A few minutes of your time... to save lives or make them better!

 

 

Like every year, we are taking part in the MKA Mercy 4 Mankind Charity Challenge in support of 10 charities, including Save the Children, NSPCC, Macmillan Cancer Support and Humanity First. We will be running 10km in the beautiful surroundings of Willen Lake in Milton Keynes. Once again, energy levels are at an all-time high and I need your support to raise as much as possible!

£5 can feed 10 children in Somaliland with a nutritious meal

£10 can treat 50 babies with life-threatening diarrhoea

£25 can pay for an eye operation for a blind person

£40 can house, feed and educate a street child in Colombia for a year

£100 can provide support for more of the 2 million people living with cancer in the UK today
