1 in 4 women will still experience domestic abuse in their lifetime, so Equation challenge the attitudes and behaviours that cause domestic abuse. Their GREAT primary school project has won awards for enabling children to grow up understanding what a healthy relationship looks like and knowing how to build one for themselves. Equation give out safety information, support male and female survivors of abuse and bring the whole community together to provide the best possible response when abuse happens.

Guys, running is hard. I am not a runner. I do not run, and yet I am getting up at 4:30am on 17th May (happy birthday Norway) to run 5km.

Why? Because I've seen the work Equation do. I've seen why it's important, and I will do a hard thing to make their thing easier.
