- They work in primary and secondary schools to ensure our young people grow up understanding what abuse is, how to have healthy positive, equal relationships and know how to get help
- Run campaigns such as "help a friend" across the city and county to help communities name abuse, that it is not OK and how to get help for themselves and others
- Train front line professionals to get the response to domestic abuse right first time
- Produce resources to help survivors become safe, to help organisations say "this is a safe place to talk about abuse", to help children and young people recover from their experiences.
- Support male survivors of abuse to be safe and start to recover from their experiences
