Hi everyone, I am taking part in this years 10km run for Milford care centre. I wanted to do this in honour of my friend Jen who passed away last may. From the end of 2019 to the start of 2020 Jen was in the care of Milford nurses and all the staff and they were nothing short of incredible, even to me! Everyone I met there was so nice and kind and made thing feel that but easier. So in honour of Jen and in aid of Milford care centre I will be doing the 10km run to raise some much needed funds for all the services they carry out.
