Thank you for visiting! I am by no means a runner and only received a place on the 22nd January but I have already got my new trainers, and training plan in place and determined to complete this for Mencap, and for Charlotte! :)

Mencap is a truly inspiring charity who have helped many people with learning disabilities, including some of my closest friends! They strive to get to a place where people with learning disabilities are valued, listened to and included!
