We are from the Pharmacy Department at Moorfields Eye Hospital and we work closely with various healthcare professionals to deliver (excellent!) patient care.

There are various diseases/conditions that leads to deteriorating vision or vision loss, which is devastating for patients, such as age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, retinal, cornea and ocular surface diseases, paediatric, and inherited eye diseases/rare diseases. Therefore we'd like to support exciting, novel research done at Moorfields Eye Hospital in the quest for such cures!  

Elisabeth's daughter, Kate, will also joining us on the walk!
