Our beautiful daughter Coco was born in October 2015 and after a difficult few months, she was diagnosed with alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency.  This condition affects the liver and lungs and there is currently no cure.

We were lucky to have a relatively early diagnosis but there is so much work to be done to further raise awareness of this condition, ensure early diagnosis and also to fund ongoing research in the hope of one day finding a cure for alpha-1.

As parents directly affected by this condition we desperately want to help as much as we can hence planning these events to hopefully increase awareness and also to raise money which will directly fund research into finding a cure for alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency.

The children's liver disease foundation are an amazing charity at the forefront of this and other liver diseases which affect children. We are so grateful for any donations to help ensure that our little Coco and other children suffering from liver disease can be kept as healthy as possible for as long as possible.
