As many of you know, my mum has suffered with Crohns disease for the last 12 years, and has a very complex case. This is something I probably should have done years ago but it took for my mum to have to go on a 'last resort' treatment plan for me to realise how serious it actually is. I'm doing this to raise awareness for what these illnesses are, because although getting more common every day, general people are unaware how it effects the daily lives of sufferers. I'm also doing it to try to fund research into finding a cure or a preventative for these sometimes dibilitating illnesses.
