Finn's Coast 2 Coast Challenge

Coast to Coast · 28 May 2015
My name is Finn, in June 2005 I was born 9 weeks early. I was cared for by a team of amazing nurses and doctors in Chelmsford Neonatal Unit. Without them I might not have been able to tell you this story, they also looked after my Mum and Dad who had a very hard time while I was ill and showed them how to care for me. Like lots of premature babies I was ill for a long time and my Mum and Dad were worried I wouldn't be able to do stuff other kids do, but I can. I am really fit and healthy and do lots of sports, I especially love to swim and cycle and compete in triathlons.
In June 2015 I will be 10 years old, on May 27th 2015 I am riding the Coast to Coast route with my dad Ben. We are doing this to raise money for BLISS the premature baby charity. We will be joined by some friends and family along the way and will record our journey. We will take 3 days to do the full journey travelling 140 miles in total. We start in Whitehaven and cycle 53 miles on day one, 43 miles day two through the lake district and cumbria and day three finish in Sunderland. If you would like to sponsor me that would be epic!
