After saying last year I would never run a race again here I am inspired by a very lovely lady and her Mum (who I have never met).  Last year I had a very personal reason for running for my charity this year I am running because of a very different story I have heard.  I know there are many stories the same out there about families struggling with Altzimers and Dementia every day and that is why I am running again....
