In memory of Fiorina Elliott

It’s unacceptable that more than half of people diagnosed with the deadliest common cancer die within three months. That’s why they need and deserve more. More research, more funding, more breakthroughs. More than hope. Together we’ll make that possible.

Story

Please help us to help others by sponsoring Mark (our son) who is running the London Bupa 10k run on 31st May 2010 in Fiorina’s memory

On Friday 18th September 2009, Fiorina Elliott lost her battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Fiorina was diagnosed in September 2008. Along with her family, she faced many hurdles. She had a hard and tough battle but after a year, her body gave in and this world lost one of its angels.

I know everyone speaks highly of their loved ones but Fiorina was a unique and special individual, everyone who meets her be it for an hour, day or for years will say they are better for knowing her. It is comforting for me and my family, as those who loves her so dearly, that she is so loved by so many and everyone who knew her felt such a privilege to have crossed her path.

There is no way to hide it, the facts and figures of Pancreatic Cancer are scary and although its too late for Fiorina, we would like to do all we can to stop the suffering the individual and families have to go through like we have. In her legacy, any donations will be made to Pacreatic Cancer UK to support their vital and essential work.

Fiorina, a beatiuful wife, amazing mother, a unique daughter, precious sister, favourite auntie and special friend, you will be dearly missed and never forgotton.
