I will be completing the ' Gaza Winter Walk' on the 10th of February with  my lovely friends, Fahema Sultana, Tahmeena Khalid and Rahena Khatun.  This will involve a 5 mile walk in Hyde Park, London.

The children in Gaza are suffering both physically and psychologically due to the violent conflicts and ongoing blockade. Many children have lost loved ones too. They are suffering severe health issues, little shelter, lack of food and mental trauma. We would like to raise money for the children of Gaza to help improve their lives. Please make a contribution to help us reach our target and make a positive difference!

The Muslim Hands Psychological Rehabilitation Centre supports the children's psychological wellbeing with counselling, therapy sessions, various activities and workshops. Muslim Hands also have a mobile clinic which provide ongoing health checks, dental treatment and advice by specialists. The Muslims Hands Income generation projects  supports the people of Gaza to provide for their families and communities and build a sustainable livelihood.
