Unfortunately, after a very long and very hard fight, Jacob Marsland passed away at home at 3.00pm on Friday 9th January. Jacob was very brave, he was surrounded by his family at the time and slid away peacefully in Nicky and Anthony's arms.

All monies raised will stay in Jacob's fund and will go towards helping other families in similar situations.
