The National 3 Peaks Challenge · 2 September 2023

The Footprints Family provides a home that gives parental care, love, understanding, security and happiness, but above all, a sense of belonging to vulnerable children. We continue to support our children as they move to independent living as young adults .

Story

***POSTPONED UNTIL 2ND SEPTEMBER 2023 DUE TO FORECASTED LIGHTENING AT BEN NEVIS & SCAFELL PIKE***

Our team: Dom Hanley, Hayley Hanley, Ryan Humphryes and Naomi Humphryes

On Saturday 29th July 2023, we are taking on the challenge of climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon (a total ascent of 3,064 metres) in 24 hours. All donations will go to The Footprints Family to support the incredible work they do in Shimba Hills, Kenya.

Our cousin Kerry, founded The Footprints Family UK Charity in 2010 and has dedicated the last 13 years to enhancing the lives of orphaned and vulnerable, children and young people, in rural Kenya.

By making a donation, you can provide the children and young adults, under The Footprints Family's care, with food, clean water, clothes, medical care and education, to give them the future they deserve.

£10 could provide a care package for a family

£15 could cover medical care for ten children

£25 could contribute towards a caregivers salary

£40 could pay for a child's education for one term
