This year will be five years since our beloved Rita died of breast cancer, and in honour of her and Chloe's step mother Nicola, who also lost her brave battle with this disease, we will be running Race for Life this year.

Chloe: Those of you that know me know I haven't run a step before committing to this run and I promise you I'm hating every minute of the training my friend Kelly is dragging me through. I am doing it for one reason and one reason only; I have lost too many people that I love to this  disease and I do not want to lose anymore. To that end, let's raise as much money as we can for this brilliant charity and cure cancer as quickly as we possibly can. 

Lauren: I'm running with my sister in law to provide moral support. We hope to help the battle against a disease that has affected and continues to affect the lives of so many people as well as raise money for a very worthy cause.
