Story

Earlier this year we had some devasting news that our close friend Stu had passed away. Stu had been into various different sports, although always with the same level of high intensity; becoming an expert in Muay Thai, ripped when body building and riding the London to Brighton on a fixed gear bike (including ditchling beacon!). So we (Linda & I) thought doing a triathlon would be an appropriate way of raising money for CGL, who provided Stu with additional support when he needed it.

The triathlon we're doing consists of a 400m swim, 20km bike ride & 4km run. Not quite the Ironman distance that Stu probably would have gone for, but no walk in the park either!

It would be great if you could donate so that CGL can help others, as they did Stu.
