This has been a very difficult week for me and many people around me.  We have lost a very special person   - someone whom I loved, who achieved so much in the brief time he was with us.  The smartest and most complex person I knew - and someone whose suffering I have watched and shared in recent months.  You now have peace my dear friend but you will be missed by so many.  I know 42nd Street is a cause that you and your family are supporters of.  I can’t help you now so hopefully we can help someone else together.
