The Milestone Foundation has been established to tackle three key social problems: 1) Youth unemployment. 2) Lack of safe spaces and activities. 3) Lack of activities to develop emotional intelligence. To empower young people to become productive citizens and agents of social change.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Err...me... 54 miles on a bike .... (poor bike)...

I'm fund-raising for Milestone Foundation's forward thinking youth engagement programme, The Passion Project, that connects young people, aged 16 to 24, with vocational training, personal development and employment opportunities.

Your donation will help many young people on their way to realising their potential, and will contribute towards:

  • Part-funding the salary for one young creative apprentice to work with the Milestone Foundation for a year
  • A Start-up Fund, that awards small grants to pro-active and motivated young people who have got started and need some support to keep going, whether that's decent outfit to attend job interviews, or getting essential tools and work gear
