We're dedicated to beating blood cancer. We fund research and support those affected. Since 1960, we've invested over £500 million in blood cancer research, transforming treatments and saving lives. The day we beat blood cancer is now in sight and our researchers are determined to finish the job.

Story

With most in the group being running beginners, setting a target of a half marathon is a massive challenge, however Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research is a great cause and we are already training hard!

This charity has been vital over the last 50 years in supporting research into better diagnosis, treatments and cures for all those with blood cancers.  The LLR need to raise £120million over the next five years to continue this important work.

The core team is made up of people involved in carrying out blood cancer research and treating patients with blood cancers, and with your help we wanted our public distress to be put to good use, and support those that follow in our footsteps.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So please dig deep and donate now.
