Brian Binnie and Ian Hadden are doing the enormous and daunting challenge of running 100 miles in 24 hours to raise money and awareness for a wonderful local charity - Insight Counselling.

Insight Counselling offer a free counselling service to the Dundee and Angus communities. Insight offer counselling to adults and children for a great number of issues, including but not limited to; Depression, Anxiety, Anger, Bereavement, Eating Disorders, Stress, Family Issues, Abuse, Relationships, Bullying, Feelings of Despair and Suicidal thoughts.
