Story
This Saturday me and Lukas are taking on the challenge of cycling 100 miles to the Isle of Wight in one day to raise money for the Nepal earthquake relief effort.
Thousands of people have been killed by the earthquake in Nepal and many more people are in need of support in both the long and short-term. Please give what you can to help out.
In return for your generosity Lukas and I will sweat it out and suffer serious arse burn and saddle sore. Very much #firstworldproblems compared to what people in Nepal are going through.
All donations to this fund will support earthquake recovery and relief efforts in Nepal. Initially, the fund will help first responders meet survivors' immediate needs for food, fuel, clean water, hygiene products, and shelter. Once initial relief work is complete, this fund will transition to support longer-term recovery efforts run by local, vetted local organisations. The charity organisation is Global Giving a major charity that specialises in being reactive and funding local charities at times of crisis.
Global Giving are on the ground working with the communities there to provide emergency support including food, water and shelter and are continuing to assess what support is needed to rebuild communities. Please support our emergency response.
