I am 77 and had a new knee this year. I have not been able to be very active for some years. I have challenged myself to walk 1000 km this year. It will take me well out of my comfort zone but hopefully whilst I am out assessing Duke of Edinburgh expeditions this summerI will be able to achieve the goal!
