We're a bit daft when it comes to animals and find it heartbreaking that so many dogs are abandoned and then put down.

The Dogs Trust cares for over 15,000 dogs each year - saving them from almost certain death.

Wilco and I take on some kind of challenge most years. This year we chose Race To The Stones (14th/15th July'18). The challenge is 100km run broken into two days which will really push our endurance levels.
