OK an update because of the worldwide bucket challenge.

June is MND awareness month so on the night/morning of 7/8th June I rode 62 miles around the streets of London, starting at 11:30pm and finishing at dawn....in a MND vest...

Terry, my brother, passed away in September of 2008. I know it sounds corny but there isn't a day that goes by when I don't smile to myself about the ridiculous things we got up to.

Anyway, although he has gone I still feel the need to raise awareness and some cash for the MND Association, they supported him when it was needed and were efficient with their help.
