Neil and Pauls Epic 1000 mile cycle in 7 days (2014)

Lands End to John O Groats · 22 August 2014
Neil Dymock has wanted to do this for a while, "I want an Epic challenge" he said! He just needed someone stupid enough to join him, in stepped Paul McD (he didnt even have a bike). We both wanted to use a charity that is local and impacts kids in a positive way. Cash for kids was the one. We have the awesome duo of Iain Hagan and Jamie Jackson as our support team along the whole journey. Averaging 140 miles a day this will be one to remember...
Starting on the 22nd August 2014, Neil & Paul will cycle the length of Britain over 8 days to raise funds for Cash for Kids Charity. Cash for Kids responds to the needs of children in our communities so they can live life to the full and realize their individual potential. Based across 21 areas in the UK, at the heart of your favorite Radio stations, the charity supports children aged 0-18 who are disabled, disadvantaged or suffering from abuse or neglect.
We’ll start our journey in Land’s End and work our way up through Britain, stopping off in 7 different places on the way up to John O’ Groats. With us will be a small support team and we are also aiming to get other fellow cyclists to join us along some of the different stages. Please donate as every little helps us towards our target of £5000.
Charities pay a small fee for our service. Learn more about fees
