My brother Stephen passed away from Motor Neurone Disease in July 2016 aged 34. The motor neurone disease association gave his family an unbelievable amount of help and support.

I am old, fat, and my legs are knackered. I have a reconstructed ankle, dodgy knees and recurrent shin splints. I do not like to run. Please support me and help me through this. Every penny will keep me going.
