We are a group that have sympathy for the refugees who are looking to the UK as a country of asylum, and we believe these people deserve our help. As a group, we share the same belief that the only difference between us and them is that we were born lucky.

In an attempt to raise money and awareness, we have committed to running 100 kilometres throughout the month of September - and we invite our friends to join us for a run at some point if they wish, and to exchange thoughts and opinions.
