Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My name is Ricardo and I’m a undertaking the greatest physical challenge of my life - Project 100.

In January 2023 I will walk 100 miles carrying a 100lb rucksack in under 100 hours.

Who Dares Cares aims to support all people and their families experiencing the effects of trauma through practical support, activity and Buddy Buddy systems so that no one should ever feel alone.

During Project 100 I will push my physical and mental boundaries and destroy my limiting beliefs. My journey starts in February 2022 when I begin the challenge of physically preparing my mind and body for this mammoth task. I will also aim to set a World Record for the fastest time covering 100 miles with 100lbs.

Your support, no matter how small will be greatly appreciated. Every penny raised for Who Dares Cares will be put to great use in helping people recover and survive with PTSD

My aim is to raise £10,000.
