This Sunday, 21 June, over 15,000 of us were due to take part in the 100 mile closed road Velo ride across the Midlands.

Sadly, the event was cancelled, but a lot of us have still been riding for the hospital charity, virtually or outside on our own.

Phil Upton and I will be live streaming our rides, so that's sure to not have any technical issues!

Then join us at 4pm for a Zoom video call to raise a glass to celebrate our riding and the NHS Superheroes we're riding for.
