Story
We've decided to start this challenge in memory of everyone who has lost someone close to them to cancer. Due to the covid-19 pandemic, we were limited in what we could do, so 10-15 of my friends and I decided to do a press up challenge at home. We are aiming for 100 per day.
If anyone wants to get involved in the challenge, get in touch with one of us on Instagram. If you'd like to donate and not participate in the challenge, that's perfectly fine too.
Thank you so much for your kindness.
Just a quick note, everybodies fitness levels and strength levels are different. If youre comfortable doing 20 push ups a day, that's okay too. We don't want any injuries so keep to a level you're comfortable with and set a goal for the end of the 30 days. If you can manage 20 on your first day, set a goal to be able to do 50 by day 30. Also, if you're bodies tired and you don't feel like doing them on any given day, take a rest day. Again, it's all for a good cause but we want to try limit any potential injuries.
This is a registered challenge with The Irish Cancer Society and they have given us their full backing. Our supported number is 779040.
