100 Tonnes...

On Saturday 22nd August, over the course of the day, I will be "lifting" 100 tonnes (roughly the weight of a Boeing 757-200 or a blue whale)  by doing:

1. 500 repetitions of 100kg Deadlifts
2. 500 repetitions of 50kg Bench Press
3. 500 repetitions of 50kg Bent Over Rows

Good Cause...

I will be fundraising for in aid of Special Effect, a charity that's helping everyone with disabilities to enjoy video games for fun, inclusion and rehabilitation.
