Join myself and Martin on 21st December from 9:30am to 11:30am at The Rail Retford FC as we come together to complete 108 Sun Salutations — a number considered sacred in yoga, symbolising spiritual wholeness, unity, and connection.

We’re doing this to raise funds for Prostate Cancer UK, a charity very close to our hearts.

You can take part in whatever way suits you: complete all 108 in one go, break them into manageable chunks, or choose a modified version — Sun Salutations can be adapted for all abilities, and there’s no pressure to complete every round.
