2022 will see my toughest challenge yet. When I was asked if I’d be interested in raising £10,000 to help the life-saving work that Bigmoose do, my initial reaction was based on fear. 

The figure seems insurmountable. I started thinking it over, trying to work out how I could inspire people to get behind the idea. And that scared me even more. I was psyching myself out. 

So, I ignored the voices in my head, said yes, and initially 10k Every Day was born. 

In 2022 I targeted running 10k everyday to try and hit my fundraising target. 80 days and a move across the world later and the dream was up in smoke. Injury forced a halt to my plans, and I'm slowly rebuilding my fitness. 

So I've pivoted, rather than one audacious challenge for the year, I've broken it down into bite size chunks, all whilst pushing my comfort zone outside of the familiar. There'll be swimming, riding and climbing, and I'm also throwing a few different events to test myself. Follow my social media accounts for live updates on what is coming next. 

Can I raise £10,000 for BigMoose? Can my body (and family 😬) cope with the feats I through at it? Who knows, but I’m going to give it everything I’ve got to hit those targets. Sadly I don't like the easy route.
