Well, it's that time of year again. It's a bitter sweet feeling this year. I am proud to be in a position where I am physically fit to take on the challenge again, but deeply saddened regarding the circumstances. 

Due to Covid-19, there will be no Green Army group runs this year. The challenge is pretty much going back to it's roots of how it all begun . . . solo. This is not how I imagined we would commemorate the 5 year mile stone, but I cannot sit back and do nothing. 

The Hospice need our help more than ever. With the cancellation of major fundraising events, we are at risk of losing this vital community service and this breaks my heart. 

I know times are tough, there is a lot of uncertainty and people are feeling the hit financially, but if you are in a position do make a donation however big or small, it would mean the world to the Hospice community.

I am going to miss the Green Army so much this year. Throughout this challenge I have met incredible strangers who became life long friends. Although we cannot run this challenge together, I know the Green Army will always be together in spirit. 

So here we go . . . May 2020, I am coming for you xx
