I am participating in the ToughMudder 10k in Manchester on 15th July this year and have set up a fundraising page, along with a few of my friends, in aid of the Lily Mae Foundation. The Lily Mae Foundation raises money to provide support to Parents and Families who have lost a baby to Stillbirth, Neonatal Death, Miscarriage or Medical Termination. 

To prepare for this, I am running/training 3-4 times a week every week until the event (anybody who knows me knows this is extremely out of character and totally new to me!)
