Myself, Isy Ross and along with plenty of supporting runners have made a decision to attempt 10 k every 4 hrs for 24hrs to raise money for Motor Neuron Disease Association which is a charity very close to our heart as our friend’s mum has recently been diagnosed.

On 8th May 2021, we will be attempting to complete:
• 10k, every 4 hours for 24 hours
• 6 runs in a row = 60k in 1 day
