Please dig deep and help us to help them, I know times are hard and we are all having to watch the purse strings but please try and support this worthy cause.

Paul Sartori Foundation is a registered charity offering specialised and supportive care and advice for those living with a life limiting illness. Care can be provided directly into the patient’s homes. The charity also aims to help the relatives and immediate carers close to the patient during the illness and through the bereavement period.

  • The Hospice at Home service is available 365 days of the year and operates a 24/7 on-call service.
  • Our team is able to offer more people the choice to stay at home during the final stages of a terminal illness.
  • Our service is offered free of charge. We work hard to raise funds through various means and are grateful for financial support from the National Health Service and Pembrokeshire County Council, which reaches around 13% towards the total amount we need to raise. We are very grateful to the community of Pembrokeshire which helps us raise the other 87% of our funds.
  • We are not a national charity we were set up by the Pembrokeshire community to serve people living with life limiting illnesses. We are a local independent Hospice charity. There is not another Paul Sartori Foundation Hospice service anywhere else in the United Kingdom , we are unique to Pembrokeshire.
