I am determined to do a minimum of 15 000 press ups in order to raise £1000 during the month of April in memory of a dear friend that passed away from prostate cancer last year. 

This effort is as much in memory of my friend and to raise money as what it is to raise awareness. 

In addition to the 15 000 press ups I will also shave my hair and beard on the last day of April. I will do a minimum of 1000 press ups in a single day should I get to my target.
