We provide suicide prevention resources to help prevent suicide in the UK

Story

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this. Join the campaign to take a stand against suicide.Their goal is a life less miserable for you, your friends, your family and for all men.

Following a friend of mine losing a young family member to suicide a few years ago, I've seen how much support CALM offers those suffering bereavement by suicide.

An £8 donation to CALM enables the CALM helpline to answer one potentially life-saving call or Webchat.

CALM provides a free and anonymous helpline 0800 58 58 58 and webchat (5pm-12am daily) staffed by trained professionals, offering bereavement support.

Their website; www.theCALMzone.net contains multiple helpful links ampaigns tackling stereotypes of masculinity, suicide and mental health. Help us save lives.
