We're donning the lycra and sweating across the south coast from Portsmouth to Exmouth this September (150 miles!!) to support a charity that truly is a fantastic local service to so many. 

Portsmouth Abuse and Rape Counselling Service (PARCS) work tirelessly to support and relieve the suffering of survivors of sexual and/or domestic abuse. They offer specialist counselling and psychotherapy, helplines for emotional support, training and prevention services to name just a few of their support avenues. 

This is why we are so passionate in helping them and are rounding up the cavalry (AKA you guys) to ask if you wouldn't mind sparing some pounds towards this great cause.
