Hello! 

We (Katie and Brenna) are jumping (read: wading slowly shrieking) in the icy cold sea every day for 16 days to raise money for the Rape Crisis Scotland Helpline. 

It's been an incredibly tough year for so many folk and it's so important that survivors have somewhere safe and supportive to call. The Rape Crisis Scotland Helpline do such an amazing job - they literally save lives - and we want to show our support the only way we know how, by freezing ourselves into tiny ice sculptures in the Firth of Forth.

We know not everyone will be able to donate (sharing helps too, as does hearty encouragement and withholding comments about how much we will resemble lobsters) but please do give what you can to support this brilliant service.
