William's The 1963 Livestream

The 1963 Livestream · 23 November 2021
My name is William and I've been working as a freelancer in the TV/Film industry for 6 years. I'm also a massive fan of 'Doctor Who' and do weekly livestreams on my YouTube Channel; Mr TARDIS.
To celebrate the 58th anniversary of the show that inspired myself and so many others to get involved in the creative industries I've decided to host a 12-hour livestream to raise at least £1963 for the Film + TV Charity. A charity that has helped countless workers for almost 100 years.

With millions of freelance/PAYE workers excluded from Government Covid-Support during the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Film + TV Charity was there to help workers in the media industry stay afloat and get the support they needed. The support ranges from financial support grants, a 24-hour support line or building communities through grass-roots activities.
'Doctor Who' fans are some of the most passionate groups on fandom and my goal is to rally them together on the show's birthday (taking place during the show's latest season) to raise money to help the industry and the people who make shows like 'Doctor Who' possible. Over the course of the 12-hour stream I'll be joined by people in the industry and also the 'Doctor Who' fandom. They'll share their stories, their experiences and their support for the Film + TV Charity.
