Hi, I'm taking part in the Men's Health:Servival of the Fittest on the 8th October in Nottingham.I thought this would be a great opportunity to raise some money for 'When You Wish Upon A Star' charity (www.whenyouwishuponastar.org.uk). 'When You Wish Upon A Star' is a small charity whose prime aim is to grant the wishes of children suffering from life threatening illnesses. 'When You Wish Upon A Star' aim to make that wish come true and provide precious memories for those children and their families.

The event itself is a 12k run with obstacles along the way. these include things like Hay bale wall, Army assult course, River crossing, Roadworks slalom, Urban jungle and many more.(www.mhsurvival.co.uk)
