Duncan and I have been blessed to be able to celebrate 10 years of marriage. Sadly,a dear friend Ruth did not have that privilege. Only 18 months after marriage and 6 months after giving birth to Lewis, she died from Pancreatic Cancer.

This was a terrible disease and Duncan and I would like to remember Ruth by asking you to donate to the Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund run by the wonderful Maggie.

I have now done the Great London Swim and will do the Great North run tomorrow - stay away rain!!!!!
