Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
The Challenge:
SIT IN AN ICE OLD BATH 🧊🛁 🥶
(Do it on your own, or with everyone in your household - the more in the tub the better! Don't forget to grab a couple of bags of ice this week, but don't worry if you can't - a cold water bath will do the trick)
ON SUNDAY 26th APRIL FOR 26 SECONDS
(Live stream your video or record it and upload it to your social media tagging @Thewinchestergate and Salisbury Hospice Charity)
DRESSED AS A ...🧜♀️🏄♂️🚣♀️🏊♂️🐬🐸🐳🐥🐙🦀🦐🐠🐟
or whatever water related costume takes your fancy. If you don't have the means to knock up a costume a swimming costume will be perfect!
TO RAISE AT LEAST £26 FOR SALISBURY HOSPICE.
Either donate £26 yourself - or whatever you can afford or share this page with your friends and family to get sponsorship.
If everyone involved manages to raise £26 each just imagine how much money we could raise for the hospice!
(26 friends x £26) + (26 friends x £26) and so on = £££££££££££)
If you haven't already done so - nominate 26 friends now and lets see how many we can get in the tub this Sunday!
What is the National 2.6 Challenge?
2.6 challenge is a national campaign to support all charities across the UK who are suffering catastrophic income loss due to Corona - 19 and the cancellation of thousands of Fundrasing events.. https://www.twopointsixchallenge.co.uk/
Why Salisbury Hospice Charity?
Not only is Abi the landlady of the Winni Gate, she is the Events Fundraiser for Salisbury Hospice Charity. This year all Hospice fundraising events have been cancelled which is going to have a huge impact on their income. Each year the charity has to raise 1.5 Million Pounds to ensure this vital service is maintained.
Also, on a personal note, Abi recently lost her dad who was supported by the Hospice at Home team. So this is a charity very close to her heart!
