I am 65 years old, currently overweight and underfit.  I've also had cancer along with many of my friends and family.  It is thanks to organisations like Prostate Cancer UK that we are here to tell the tale and enjoy the gift of life that we've been given.  I love cycling but have never attempted anything like a 100 mile ride so this will be a proper challenge.  I promise to suffer for any small donation you can make!
