It is that time again when we join the Walk for Wards to raise some money for NHS Charities in Sussex. It is something that I have done with my mum over the last few years (quite a few years) and more recently have been joined by friends. I myself have benefitted on more than a couple of occasions in the last 20 years from Health in Mind who also benefit from donations from this. Looking forward to being a part of it again. 

NHS Charities in Sussex are uniting to launch the event; asking participants to select the NHS Charity that means the most to them. The charities are challenging participants to take on either the 5km or 10km route all whilst raising vital funds.We are asking YOU to walk, run or jog for Heads On and raise vital funds for Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
