Rebel is hosting a 50 Hour Radio Marathon to raise money for Essex Cancer Research. 

Over the course of 50 hours from 12pm Thursday 16th - 2pm Saturday 18th Feb, Rebel members will host radio shows with guests from our Sabbatical Team, Societies, Essex Blades Clubs and more. We're also very excited to be hosting in Student Volunteering Week so that we can cover some of the fantastic work that is being done by our VTeam here at Essex.

It's no easy feat for our members to program, create and produce 50 hours straight of Radio content, so if you can spare a pound or two, please donate, encourage our team and be part of something amazing.

Cancer services in Essex have a history of participation in national clinical studies. However, much more needs to be done for local research access. Distance to London denies access to many wishing to become involved in research and early phase of treatment trials. Essex Cancer Research wants to change this.
