Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In July/August 2023, Zac is taking part in an expedition to travel across Europe, as a member of one of the Hampshire Scouts Marvellous European Road Trip units, they will be travelling through Austria, Czechia and Germany. For this, he needs to raise up to £2,200. At the same time Abi is taking journeying to South Korea as part of the UK contingent. She is fundraising £4,000 for her fees. As a participant from the UK her fees support other scouts from around the world.
As part of our fund-raising efforts, Phil and Zac will be taking part in a sponsored walk. This will be walking the 20 bridges of London on Sunday 25th September 2022. This walk starts at Richmond Bridge, and follows the Thames footpath for approx. 22 miles, and finishes at Tower Bridge, and we are hoping to complete this in under 7 hours. (At the same time Abi will be walking around the South Downs on her Duke of Edinburgh Award).
Zac and Abi have been part of scouting since the age of 8 and this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for each of them to joining with other Scouts around the world representing the UK.
