Our Nyle. A son, brother, grandson , great grandson and my nephew. 

Nyle took his own life before Christmas 2021. He was a beautiful but lost soul. He felt that there was no place he could escape his inner loneliness and sadness. 

It saddens me that there are many more young people out there suffering in the same way . Let’s empower them, inspire them , include them, talk to them and love them . 

Nyle did a very brave thing and although he couldn’t help himself his donation of his organs helped to save the lives of others . 

My nephew has left a big hole in our lives but also leaves a legacy . 

In honour of him I ran  210 miles none stop  last June. It was a painful experience both physically and emotionally but with your support we raised £7000! 

This June I will be off to the jungle to take on 155 miles of the beautiful yet hostile Jungle.. I took part in this race 7 years ago but was pulled from the race after 3 days. I became extremely dehydrated and resulted in several drips and a disappointing end. 

This time I will take on a different approach to the race and will make you all very proud .

You were all with me last time and that really helped me when things got tough on the 210 Nyler.
